Kelly said, “I’m honored to be elected into the Baltimore Blast Hall of Fame. I love representing this city and our fans. It is a very proud moment in my career.”

Baltimore Blast owner Ed Hale said “Danny has been a member of the Baltimore Blast since 1998.  He started as a player after being an All American at Penn State to Captain of our team.  Most notably in our first championship in 2002 – 2003 against Milwaukee, he kept grinding and led us to a victory when we were down 12-4 in the fourth quarter.  We won that game for our first championship since 1983.  His tenacity, competitiveness and leadership has been central to our success on the field over these twenty years. He has distinguished himself as a player and has won a total of 7 championships in his capacity as a player and coach. Congrats on the installation into the Baltimore Blast Hall of Fame. It is well deserved.”
