2010-11 Season Highlights:
He tied for third on the Blast and 10th in the MISL with 42 points...Millwood recorded a hat trick against the Wave (3/6/11) to record the 100th two-point goal of his career...He recorded a three-point goal and an assist in the 20-9 win over the Wave (2/20/11) to pass the 300-point mark of his career...He missed four games (2/4/11, 1/22/11, 1/21/11 and 1/16/11) due to a hamstring injury...He recorded two goals and three assists (seven points) in Baltimore’s 22-6 win over the Comets (12/29/10)...Millwood led the Blast with two goals in the 10-6 win over the Riot (11/19/10).
2009-10 Season: Millwood ranked second on the Blast and seventh in the MISL with 40 points and was a two-time MISL Player of the Week... … He also tied to rank fourth in the league with 14 two-point goals... He recorded his second hat trick of the season to lead the Blast to a 23-14 win over the KiXX (2/28/10); one of the goals was the first three-pointer of his career… He recorded a hat trick to lead the Blast to a 9-8 win over the KiXX (12/18/09)... Millwood recorded one goal and two assists in the 19-8 win over the KiXX (11/21/09)… The goal was the 100th of his career.
2008-09 Season: Millwood was named First-Team All-NISL after leading the Blast and ranking fifth in the NISL with 48 points… He also ranked fifth in the NISL with 18 goals... Millwood had at least one point in 12 of 15 games... In the 100th game of his career (vs. Massachusetts, 2/21/09) he recorded five goals and two assists for 12 points (tying Adrian Bumbut for most goals and points in a single game)... He recorded the 200th point of his career when he scored three goals and added an assist in the 16-10 win over the KiXX (12/20/08) and was named NISL Player of the Week after the game.
2007-08 Season: Millwood ranked second on the Blast and sixth in the MISL with 83 points... He scored two goals and added one assist on back-to-back nights (the 10-6 win over the Ironmen, 2/16 and the 16-12 loss to the Wave 2/15)… He was named MISL Offensive Player of the Week (2/20/08) after the weekend performance.
2006-07 Season: Millwood tied Denison Cabral to lead the Blast in points (65) and tied to rank eighth in the MISL in points… He also ranked fourth in the League in two-point goals (28)... Millwood scored one goal (the 50th goal of his career) in Detroit (3/16); the goal gave him 100 points for his career... He scored at least one goal in 16 of 27 games and he scored two or more goals in eight games... Millwood recorded four goals in the 14-12 win over the Wave (2/18), including three goals in the fourth quarter (his second hat trick of the season); he was named MISL Co-Offensive Player of the Week after recording five goals in the weekend sweep over Milwaukee (2/18 and 2/17)... He recorded one goal and one assist in the 16-8 win over the KiXX (2/3) in the 50th game of his MISL career.
2005-06 Season: Millwood was the MVP of the Championship Series after scoring the golden-goal game-winning goal against St. Louis... He also scored the golden-goal game-winning goal against Milwaukee to advance the Blast to the Championship.. He had arthroscopic knee surgery (12/8) after leaving the Steamers game (11/19) with knee and ankle injuries.
2004-05 Season: Millwood underwent sports hernia surgery on March 30... He recorded at least one point in 12 of the 17 games he played in... After completing two consecutive 15-day/five-game contracts, he signed with the Blast for the remainder of the season... He recorded his first assist and first block of the season in the 5-4 win over the Wave (12/10)... He made his Blast debut on November 13 against the Wave. Outdoor: Millwood played six seasons of professional outdoor soccer... His teams included the Syracuse Salty Dogs ( 2003 and 2002), Atlanta Silverbacks (2005, 2006 and 2007) and Crystal Palace Baltimore (2009)... He recorded 23 goals and 12 assists in his outdoor career and helped lead Atlanta to the USL Finals in 2007.

He played soccer at Towson University... He was named All-American Honorable Mention, Colonial Athletic Association First Team All-Conference, and CAA All-Tournament Team in 2002... He was also named to the America East Conference All-League (2001) and to the All-South Atlantic Region team in 2001 and 2002.

Millwood played for the Under-17 Jamaican National Team... He attended Parkdale High School in Upper Marlboro, Md... Millwood has two daughters, a five-year-old named Madison and a four-year old named Gabrielle. |
