Mike Conway has been a part of Baltimore's indoor soccer franchise since the 1992-93 season when he played for the then-Baltimore Spirit. After one season of professional play, he left the playing field and began a career in the team's front office. Originally from South Baltimore, Conway and his wife Becky now live in Perry Hall with their sons Caiden and Gavin. Mike attended and played soccer at Cardinal Gibbons School and Essex Community College.
