12/18/2010 8:45 AM -

On Aduato Neto T-shirt night, three different players scored two goals and Lucio Gonzaga led the Blast to a 12-4 victory over the Omaha Vipers.  The Blast improved to 4-0 on the season and will travel to Missouri to play the Comets on the 29th.

Gonzaga opened the scoring at 6:31 of the first quarter and team captain Robbie Aristodemo extended the Blast' lead to 4-0 90 seconds later.  Vipers forward Johnny Torres scored in the 12th minute to cut Baltimore's lead to 4-2.

After 23 scoreless minutes, the Blast made up for lost time with back-to-back goals less than two minutes apart in the third quarter.  Gonzaga scored his second goal of the night, a three-pointer, and then Aristodemo scored his second goal of the game to give the Blast a 9-2 lead midway through the quarter.

Torres scored his second goal of the night, cutting the Blast lead to 9-4 before Pat Morris scored an empty-net three-point goal to seal the victory.

The first 1,000 kids 14 and under who entered 1st Mariner Arena received a FREE Blast Adauto Neto T-Shirt.
