Baltimore Players to Watch:

The Blast are led on offense by Tony Donatelli, Vini Dantas, and Jonatas Melo. Donatelli has 14 goals and 17 assists, for 31 points on the season to lead the team in each category. His 31 points are ninth in the league and his 17 assists are tied for fourth in the MASL. Dantas is tied for the team lead with 14 goals as well, and has 22 points on the season. Melo is second on the team with 11 assists, and has 17 points this year.

The Blast defense is led by Pat Healey and Adriano Dos Santos. Healey leads the team with 22 blocked shots, which is tied for third in the MASL. Dos Santos is a key contributor both on offense and defense. Dos Santos has recorded 14 blocked shots this season while also being fourth on the team with 16 points. With 2-time MASL Goalkeeper of the Year William Vanzela injured, Joey Kapinos will be in goal again for the Blast. Kapinos played well in his team debut, recording 12 saves in the win last week over Harrisburg.


The Competition- Harrisburg Heat

The Heat are led on offense by Thiago Freitas, Ricardo Carvalho, and Elmo Neto. Freitas leads the team with 23 assists and 27 points this season. His 23 assists rank second in the MASL. Carvalho leads the team with 14 goals, and has 21 points this year. Neto is second on the team with nine goals, and has 11 points on the year. Defender Lucio Gonzaga will serve the second of his three-game suspension. In his absence, the Heat turn to defenders Brad Kerstetter and Marcos Chantel. Chantel has 9 blocked shots on the year and Kerstetter has blocked 8 shots, while contributing five goals on offense. Hugo Silva is in goal for the Heat. Silva also has one goal and three assists to contribute to the Heat offense.
